Hotel D'Luca - Cuiaba (Mato Grosso)

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip, and I must say, the location was super convenient! It's right in the center, close to various bars and restaurants, which made after-work relaxation a breeze. The complimentary breakfast was a real highlight too-great coffee and tasty pastries that fueled my mornings perfectly. The rooms were clean and the AC worked just fine once it finally kicked in.

The heat here is no joke, and it felt like the AC took forever to cool the room down. I encountered some language barriers since not many staff members spoke English. That made communication a bit tricky and added some stress to my stay. it was okay but not without its issues!

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its spacious and immaculate room, and the comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent—delicious and always well-stocked thanks to the attentive staff. On top of that, we received a complimentary dinner and champagne, which made our celebration extra special. I appreciate the friendly service and convenient location that made our visit enjoyable.

The hotel restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner, making it difficult to find food on Sundays. the towels and sheets could have been cleaner.
